Peterson defense team tries to bar mention of missing wife at trial
Drew Peterson's defense attorneys don't want any mention of his missing wife, Stacy Peterson, at his upcoming murder trial.

He's accused of killing his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

Her death was originally ruled an accident, but investigators exhumed her body after Stacy Peterson disappeared in 2007.

Defense attorneys say the cases are not connected.   They filed a motion to bar any mention of Stacy Peterson during the upcoming trial, which is expected to start in a few months.
