People traded cabin fever for spring fever on Thursday as temperatures hit the 60's.
In Salem, Longwood Park was busy with children in t-shirts and flip flops. Danielle Welch says he daughter couldn't wait to play on the slide.
"She's been inside all winter," says Welch, "She's been dying to come back out to the park."
It was also a busy day at Hanging Rock Golf Club in Salem. Golfers were out practicing their swings in t-shirts and shorts.
"It's just a day you couldn't pass up on," says Laura Davis.
They will have plenty of company on Friday. The club is booked all day.
"I was just looking at how much money we're making this year as opposed to last year we're up like 500% so this is wonderful for golf courses around here," says Chip Sullivan
