UPDATED: Governor McDonnell to Join Mitt Romney on Campaign Stops in Virginia

Governor Bob McDonnell will join GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney as he heads to our state this weekend.

Romney's campaign announced a "Romney Plan For A Stronger Middle Class" bus tour that starts Saturday in Virginia.

The tour starts in Norfolk, where he will tour the USS Wisconsin at 8:45 am. He'll then move on to a victory event at the Nauticus Museum. That event is scheduled to begin at 9:05 am.

Romney's next stop will be in Ashland around 12:50 pm. He will speak at Homemades by Suzanne, a catering business on North Railroad Avenue.

Finally, he will attend a rally in Manassas at the Harris Pavilion. That event starts at 4:15 pm.

Governor McDonnell is scheduled to appear at each of these stops.
