Advance Auto Parts enjoyed another strong performance in 2010, with record sales and profits.
Tuesday, Advance CEO Darren Jackson said the company's historic focus on customer service will continue to fuel its success in the future.
Advance opened almost 150 new stores in 2010, and the Roanoke-based company continued to build its business with repair shops and other commercial customers. At the company's annual meeting in Roanoke, Jackson said Advance must find the next level of customer service as its business continues to evolve.
"And so sometimes that looks like an internet experience," Jackson told News 7. "And sometimes that looks like a one-to-one experience. Sometimes that looks like a delivery experience, but altogether if you get service right that is what is going to make us special going forward."
Advance Auto Parts will report its financial results for the first quarter of 2011 after the stock market closes on Wednesday.
