MOVIES ON FACEBOOK
Warner Bros. is expanding their movies on Facebook experiment by adding five new titles, including "Inception" and "Harry Potter." The studio chose the titles based on the popularity of the movies' Facebook Pages.
How it works: say you want to watch one of the movies available, like "Inception." Head to their Facebook page (theirs is facebook.com/inception) and click Watch. Facebook will ask you for three bucks in Facebook credits, and then the movie is yours to watch for 48 hours. Other titles available include "Yogi Bear," "Life As We Know It," and "The Dark Knight."
If it seems like your News Feed has suddenly gotten more inquisitive, the launch of Facebook Questions is why. The feature makes it easy to poll your friends on anything you want: from what shoes should you buy, to what baseball team is better, to what should our government do in Libya. There is a little bit of a process to turn Questions on:
- Log into Facebook
- Go to facebook.com/questions
- A green button on the right-hand side of the page asks you to enable Questions
- You're done!
Once you've walked through those steps, you can start drilling your friends on their favorite pizza toppings or what you should dress up as for Halloween.
