Just when you thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, Sony announced they are shutting down the Playstation Network indefinitely.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the electronics company said there was the possibility that users confidential information might have been compromised.
The network allows users to play online games and chat over the web. Problems started last week, but there was hope over the weekend that the system would be up Tuesday.
Sony has said the system was shut down due to "external intrusion," but has not released any further details.
