In this handout image provided by the New York Poice Department, a surveillance image of a dark SUV, pictured at right at 6:28 pm on May 1, is said to be the vehicle with a bomb that was discovered before it could be detonated in Times Square. The vehicle was loaded with propane, gasoline and fireworks and had begun to detonate but hadn't exploded. Times Square, one of the busiest tourist destinations in New York City, was evacuated for hours following the incident.
