Memorial Day: Remembering Our Fallen

Memorial Day is a day set aside each year to honor members of the military who gave the ultimate sacrifice serving this nation. As we reflect on this day, The Morning Call presents 295 names — eight more than last Memorial Day — of all Pennsylvanians and others with ties to our state who died beginning in 2003 as a result of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Names of those from the Lehigh Valley region or with connections to the area are highlighted.
