Mantoo - Steamed dumpling filled with beef, onion, and spices, topped with yogurt and meat sauce Boulanee kadu - Pumpkin turnover with yogurt dip fried with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg with yogurt sauce and Sambosa Shireen Palow – Cornish hen with orange rice and saffron (dish from central Afghanistan) Firnee- Traditional afghan milk, pudding with pistachios and rose water Baklava- Rich layered desert made with nuts and honey Shir-chay - Traditional Afghani tea brewed with milk, cardamom and rosewater (three different kinds of tea available)
