Search Resumes For Man Missing After Tubing Incident On Farmington River

The search resumed Wednesday morning for a 25-year-old East Hartford man who was reported missing after a group of people tubing on the rain-swollen Farmington River hit rapids and were thrown from their tubes Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
