1 cup Maia Probiotic Greek Strawberry Yogurt
1/3 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
10 strawberries, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a small bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp sugar. Mix in butter and combine. Press this firmly into 8" square dish. Bake crust until golden, 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. For the filling, place Maia Greek Yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into crust and bake 30-35 minutes, or just until firm around edges.
4. Cool for 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for 2+ hours before slicing. Top each square with Maia Greek Yogurt and strawberry slices and devour!
