In honor of the losing Oscar nominees on Sunday night, Master Mixologist David Brogan created 'Green With Envy.'
Ingredients:
2 oz Onyx Moonshine
1 oz St. Germain
1 oz Egg White
1 half lemon
6 thin slices of Cucumber
Honey
Directions:
Muddle Cucumber, Honey and the juice of half a lemon in a mixing glass. Add ice, Onyx, St. Germain and Egg White. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
