As north Texans get ready to celebrate the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, a Grapevine business is cashing in big. The British Emporium specializes in everything British: specialty foods and knick knacks.

The owners here will spend the rest of Thursday getting ready for a big celebration. The store opens at 4am Friday, for a special watch party out in the parking lot. They'll be showing the wedding celeberation, live from London, on a big screen.

Throughout the morning, there will be complimentary tea, banger sandwiches, and groom's cake.

The celebration will likely last all morning. If you can't make it out, they'll still be celebrating on Saturday, too. That starts at 11am, complete with a Will and Kate look-a-like contest.

"The fact that everyone here in America has taken it to their hearts, we find it so gratifying. It's as if someone in their family is getting married. There is that much level of passion, of interest," said co-owner Sheela Kadam.

The store was packed Thursday morning, with people getting supplies for their own watch parties.

Sherry Warner picked up complimentary mugs for her friends.

"We're having a breakfast at four o'clock in the morning. We're coming in pajamas and tiaras, and we have a wedding cake. We're serving tea and wedding cake and scones," said Warner.

"Everyone's so excited about this wedding, and they're all coming in wanting a piece of it," said co-owner Alexandra Evans.
