Would you get fit for better sex? Better grab those free weights.

When it comes to losing weight, there is the grapefruit diet, the cookie diet and the no-carb diet. For those of us trying to look good, it's enough to make your head spin.

But, alas, now there's another diet. It's called The Sex Diet. The concept rings a bell with James Milkavich, who owns Energy Fitness in Dallas. He hears people say it from time to time, "I just want to look better naked."

I have no hard numbers here, no study or polls and not much science to spout. There's just the train of thought that maybe the success to getting fit is the motivation that comes with the fear of getting naked in front of someone for the first time.

Amy Dean thinks, "It's a great idea." The 32-year old Dallas woman hits the gym every day for health reasons, but says, absolutely, the thought of disrobing with a partner is motivating. Dean says, "I do push-ups and squats before I get naked in front of someone." This reporter reacted by dropping her jaw almost to the ground, awed by the amount of thought and effort she puts in. Dean smiled at me, saying, "Yeah, flex a little bit, just tighten everything. You're good to go."

If you're wondering, women, whether you're alone in the pressure to look good between the sheets, ask Aaron Klein. The Dallas man acknowledges, "I think guys feel that, too. You want to look good. You want to look good in front of the opposite sex. So, it's important."

Keep sweating. You might thank me later.
