Youth Football Coach Arrested For Trying To Rape Player
Olympia Police arrested a youth football coach they say molested and tried to rape a 14-year-old player.

The 32-year-old man is a long time coach for the Black Hills Junior Football League.

Police say the incident happened when the coach gave a player a ride home after a football game on Saturday.

Detectives say the coach fondled the player, exposed himself, then locked the boy in the car and tried to force him to perform a sex act.

The coach is in the Thurston county jail on 50-thousand dollars bail -- and is expected to face charges within the next few days.
