Gracie’s Place, 3 W. Baltimore St., Funkstown — * temperature too high for food in sandwich prep unit (corrected); raw wood over three-compartment sink must be sealed; floor under steel table must be repaired.
AC&T-Lappans, 8650 Sharpsburg Pike, Fairplay — food line floor must be cleaned.
Celebration Catering, 19411 Cortland Drive, Hagerstown — wipe cloths not stored in sanitizer bucket (corrected); shelf over stove must be cleaned.
Clear Spring Middle School, Broadfording Road, Clear Spring — light shield for overhead lights broken in walk-in freezer.
Dewey’s Pub, 21400 Leiter St., Hagerstown — raw wood shelving at bar.
Downsville General Store, 8638 Downsville Pike, Williamsport — hood filter must be cleaned; floor must be cleaned near sandwich prep unit.
Food Lion, 22401 Jefferson Blvd., Smithsburg — crack found on sealer machine (corrected).
Jersey Mike’s Subs, 18015 Garland Groh Blvd., Hagerstown — sanitizer level too weak at three-compartment sink (corrected); light out in walk-in freezer; boxes of produce, including celery, tomatoes and lettuce, observed on the floor in kitchen area; bag of onions stored on floor; scoops for cornmeal, sugar and salt stored in product containers (corrected); scoops without handles being used for sugar, salt and cornmeal; wiping cloths being used at front counter must be stored in sanitizer solution after first use or discarded to laundry.
Robin’s Nest, 1110 Medical Campus Road, Hagerstown — can opener must be cleaned.
Scotto’s Rigatoni Grill, Valley Mall food court, Hagerstown — paper towels missing at both hand sinks (corrected); thermometer missing in walk-in cooler; sausages uncovered in freezer (corrected); utensil inside mayonnaise container (corrected); light bulb must be replaced under grill hood; test strips missing for chlorine sanitizer.
Shepherd’s Spring-Lodge, 16869 Taylor’s Landing Road, Sharpsburg — light out in hood system; bottom shelf of refrigerator unit must be cleaned; spray bottles not labeled; dish machine not reaching required temperature, must use three-compartment sink until machine is repaired; Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point plan required.
Subway, 12813 Shank Farm Way, Hagerstown — hand sink not working in prep area.
Starlite Inn, 43 Frederick Road, Funkstown — spray bottles unlabeled (corrected).
