A Wellness Retreat is being offered to women from Sept. 19-21. Taking place in the peaceful and scenic Connecticut River valley, this Retreat will offer guided meditation, yoga, community acupuncture, self care, emotional freedom technique as well as educational workshops. The all-inclusive getaway also provides gourmet meals with gluten free options.
The Retreat will be hosted by three dynamic women who are the backbone of their organization, A Personal Retreat: Kristen Werblow, certified professional life coach; Carissa Spada, a yoga instructor and massage therapist; and Ami Chokshi, certified health coach and wellness educator. "The mission of our organization is to empower people to reconnect to their innate wisdom and knowing, allowing the realization of a person's full potential," says Werblow. "Our retreats are designed with this in mind and will give our guests a time to rest, recharge and rejuvenate."
Werblow is also an active member of the West Hartford Chapter of Business Networkers, Inc.
