USA Gymnastics announced today that the 2013 U.S. Gymnastics Championships will return to Hartford and the XL Center Aug. 14-17. Steve Penny, president of USA Gymnastics, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, Mayor Pedro Segarra and Chuck Steedman, XL Center general manager were at the press conference.
