Farmington PD: Two Injured In 4-Car Crash On Route 4

FARMINGTON — A four-car crash forced police to close part of Route 4 early Thursday.

Two people were injured in the crash, which happened shortly after 6:15 a.m. near Pilgrim Path, Sgt. Sean Bailey said. One of the cars caught fire.

The injured motorists are expected to survive, Lt. Patrick Buckley said.

The road was reopened by 8:15 a.m., said Buckley — one of the motorists stuck in traffic about 7:45 a.m.
