Back To School Lunches: Easy As 1-2-3

1 – Markets of Meijer Low Sodium Deli Turkey and Low Fat Cheddar Cheese

2 – Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Bread

3 – Lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices


Additions – Kiwi Slices, 1% Chocolate Milk


This One’s a Hoot!

1 – Chicken Salad

2 – Whole Grain Round Flat Bread

3 – Fresh Grapes


Make chicken salad sandwich on round bread; on top of bread add circles of cheese and black olive slices for owl eyes and a triangle of cheese for the beak; cut one black olive slice in half for the claws and “perch” your owl on 2 baby carrot “twigs”.


Additions – Fresh Grapes; Baked Cheese Curls or Whole Grain Graham Cracker Sticks
