Stratford Names New School In Memory Of Victoria Soto, Killed At Sandy Hook

The town council voted Monday to name a new elementary school in memory of Victoria Soto, a young teacher and resident who was killed in the Dec. 14 Sandy Hook school shooting in Newtown.
