Asked by Le to describe how they felt during a class-closing exercise, answers ranged from "relaxed," "very much less stress," "invigorated," and "peaceful." Laughter Yoga was created in the mid-1990Õs by Dr. Madan Kataria, in Mumbia, India, has grown to include 6,000 laughter clubs in 65 countries.
