One of the victims, a 31-year-old, had a minor laceration to his arm but refused treatment and left the hospital before officers got there, police said.

The second victim, a 20-year-old, told police he and the 31-year-old were in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the area of Surrey Drive and Bianca Road when they had a dispute with a car full of people that ended with a male slashing the pair with a box cutter, police said.
