This past Saturday, the Palace Theater in Stafford Springs hosted former Bob Dylan bassist Rob Stoner, along with Max Creek members Scott Murawski, Mark Mercier and Bill Carbone and Legion of Jerry's Jeff Martinson and Kate Hubbard, performing two sets of classic Dylan songs. They were joined by harmonica player Sam Friedman.
Stoner was Dylan's bassist during the 1975-76 Rolling Thunder Revue tour. Murawski, Mercier and Carbone, three-fifths of local legends Max Creek, are no strangers to Connecticut music fans.
