Rex Fowler and Neal Shulman met in Boston in 1971 and have been making intelligent folk-rock music together ever since. In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the release of their second album “Second Step,” Fowler and Shulman take the stage at Infinity Hall Norfolk on Saturday, July 25, to perform the record in its entirety, along with some of their other tunes.
