The Hartford Public Library, 500 Main St. in Hartford, will show a short documentary about Cuban perspectives about the U.S. military presence in their country.
“All Guantánamo Is Ours” interviews people who live near the Guantánamo Bay naval base, to ask them what their area was like before and after the revolution, and how they feel about the naval base.
After the screening, which will be on Oct. 17 at 6 p.m., Miguel Fraga, from the Embassy of Cuba in Washington, D.C., will do a Q&A.
Admission is free to the event, which is sponsored by the Greater Hartford Coalition on Cuba.
