7 p.m. - 11 p.m. Twilight on the Terrace, a high-end cocktail party and major fundraiser for Baltimore Pride, offers an open bar and dancing to music from DJ J.R. Embrey. While gaudy outfits are sometimes de rigeur for Pride weekend, Twilight on the Terrace is a bit more refined -- the suggested attire is "garden-party chic." Gertrude's at the Baltimore Museum of Art, 10 Art Museum Drive. $150.
Saturday, June 15
3 p.m. Competitors in the High-Heel Race face the daunting task of running fast while maintaining their balance. Think it's easy? You try it sometime. Hey, there's a reason Usain Bolt runs in flats. The winner will receive a prize package worth close to $1,100. Sign-ups begin at 2 p.m., with the race in front of the main stage at North Charles and Read streets.
5 p.m. - 9 p.m. The always spirited Pride Block Party runs after the parade, with music provided by Baltimore native Ultra Nate and DJ Rosie. A roster of beauty kings and queens -- everyone from Araya Sparxx, Miss Gay Maryland 2013, to Skyy Sensation, Miss Gay Peru -- will also be appearing. Free. On the main stage, at North Charles and Eager streets.
9 p.m. - 2 a.m. DJ Lawless will provide the music for Summer Reign, "the Official Baltimore Gay Pride event for the 25 and older women who love women." $15-$20, at Paparazzi Nightclub, 407 E. Saratoga St.
Sunday, June 16
Noon - 5 p.m. Performers Septimius, Unity and J Pope and Funk Friday will provide the entertainment for the day-long Pride Festival in Druid Hill Park. The festival will also feature vendors, the Lady Lisa memorial Drag Stage, a Family Zone -- and, at 2:30 p.m., the WeDo Baltimore mass wedding.
