World Languages Meet

Erica Sposato a Spanish language student from Phoenixville Area High School plays a game of Toboorades with her classmates. Toboorades is a mix between the game Taboo and Charades where the students try to guess the foreign word that is being conveyed to them through movement and words. For the second year more than 200 students gathered at Kutztown University on Thursday morning for the World Languages Meet. The all-day language competition involved students and teachers who comprised 12 separate teams from six Southeastern Pennsylvania high schools: Nazareth Area High School, Fleetwood Area High School, Phoenixville Area High School, Parkland High School, Roberto Clemente Charter School, and Kutztown Area High School.
