Catasaqua emergency facilities

Douglas Kish, chief of the Catasauqua Police Department, talks to Morning Call reporter Bill Landauer in his cramped office at the police station. Kish says they need new facilities. The station has leaky ceilings, a bad electrical system, wires and stacks of stuff every where, an unsecured building and they have to store bikes in one of the jail cells. City Council just put the kibosh on the latest deal.
