Rene Figueroa at his preliminary hearing

Allentown native Rene Figueroa arrives at his preliminary hearing in South Bethlehem. Figueroa, along with Javier Rivera-Alvarado of Allentown, face charges as a result of a shootout on December 2, 2012 outside the Puerto Rican Beneficial Club in South Bethlehem. The shoot out killed Yolanda Morales of Bethlehem and wounded several others.
