Fountain Hill Police Officer charged with DUI

Fountain Hill Police Officer James N. Scoble leaves his preliminary hearing with District Justice Joseph Barner in Bethlehem Township on Thursday. Officer Scoble is charged with DUI after crashing into a telephone pole and stone wall on December 16th, 2012 in Bethlehem Township. According to the charges his blood alcohol ratio was more than 0.16 percent, which is twice the legal limit to drive.
