has been appointed executive director of The Allentown School District Foundation, a nonprofit with a mission to encourage, promote and support innovative educational experiences for students within the district.
In her new position, Prohaska will provide leadership for all activities of the foundation, including development, marketing and communications and program management. She will work alongside the board of directors to continue growing the organization and building its efforts to develop and fund programs that go beyond the school district's curriculum.
Prohaska has 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and development experience and was most recently the director of communications and donor relations for Muhlenberg College.
