Delicious hot chocolate for the kids

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs fine-quality, semi-sweet chocolate with 60 percent cocoa content

4 cups whole milk

Finely chop the chocolate and placein a double boiler set over, but not touching, simmering water.

Add 2 cups of milk and stir, using whisk to break up and dissolve the chocolate. Whisk continually until uniformly melted.

Raise heat to medium, add the remaining milk and cook until it simmers (do not allow the chocolate to reach a full boil).
