Graco is recalling nearly 2 million infant car seats under pressure from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The company says the harness buckles on the seats can get stuck, which makes it hard to unlatch during an emergency.

It effects infant car seats made between July 2010 and May 2013. Graco says there's been no reported injuries related ot the issue. They're now offering a free replacement buckle.

Earlier, Graco recalled millions of toddler car seats for the same issue.
