With final exams within sight, this excellent rollercoaster of a piece is a must-read for parents of overloaded kids.

What I found most interesting was not so much how the writer became addicted to Adderall, but how quickly she responded to a friend’s concern. We’re always told that a person with an addiction has to want to change, but in this case she just needed someone to notice.
