According to the CPSC, Amazon.com, Buy Buy Baby, Diapers.com and Toys R Us/Babies R Us are participating in a recall of the Nap Nanny recliners, made by Baby Matters. 

The CPSC is aware of five deaths and more than 90 reports of children nearly falling out of the recliner.
