Does Hand Sanitizer Work? How About Cherry ChapStick?

The only time I ever use hand sanitizer is when someone offers it to me and I feel funny saying that I hate the stuff and I don't think it works. I hate the way it feels on my skin, I hate the way it smells, and the only thing I want to do after using it is wash my hands. Like, with water. And soap.
