Apparently, a new "Mini-Me Fashion Phenomenon" is taking over London's swanky High Street area and creeping-out moms everywhere.

Check out this funny yet poignant piece by Charlotte Kemp of the Daily Mail, across the pond.

She explores this trend and shows us clothes from various designers - such as the Milly Minis Pippa Peplum Dress on AlexandAlexa.com - that make little girls look like little adults.  Petit Bateau is also experimenting with this expensive fad, with it's Carven Collection.
