Remember when camp was swimmin' in the pond and making rope bracelets?  No more!  Boy, are there some cool options out there...and two groups that I know, which usually cater to adults, are offering really neat camps for kids.

Team Training New England, based in West Hartford, is hosting a Triathlon Training Camp in August.

Also, the experts at Down Under Kayaking in Rowayton will be showing kids how to use Stand-Up Paddle Boards during summer vacation.  SUPing is super-fun...a trendy way to get a great workout.
