Chicco High Chair & Old Navy Shoes Recalled

Chicco is recalling the Polly High Chair due to 21 reports of injuries that children fell and scraped themselves against a protruding peg on a rear leg of the chair.  Four children received lacerations that required medical attention. These chairs were sold at Target.com, Amazon.com, Toys R Us and Burlington Coat Factory.
