I have a complicated relationship with the kitchen. And the grocery store. I sort of dread entering both. Preparing food just doesn't come naturally to me. But, when I was wandering through Stop & Shop last week, lamely attempting to plan a weekly menu, as I've been advised to do by people who are much more organized than me, I suddenly remembered a really easy and delicious recipe that I used to make before life was filled with basketball practices, karate tests and productions of "Jack and the Beanstalk". Well, I whipped it up in no time and guess what? The boys actually ate it. (And that's saying a lot for Sam.)
This Chicken & Dumplings recipe includes a rotisserie chicken, low-fat biscuits and frozen veggies. It really is a cozy, Sunday meal that everyone should enjoy.
