( The Stephanie Miller Show / March 6, 2013 ) Current TV's "Talking Liberally With Stephanie Miller" is a left-leaning, politically oriented broadcast hosted by another veteran comic. The daily three-hour morning show is basically a camera feed from her talk-radio show (think Don Imus on CNBC). "Talking Liberally" has a very AM-radio, morning-zoo feel to it, but it also features interviews with prominent politicians and media figures. It's not certain if "Talking Liberally" will even make it to the summer, since Current TV has been sold to Al Jazeera. Miller's best bit: Right Wing World, which provides snarky commentary on some of the more extreme statements made by prominent conservatives. |
