In the days before Aaron Paul played young drug dealer Jesse Pinkman on "Breaking Bad," he was cast early on episodes of "Beverly Hills, 90210" (1990) and "Melrose Place" (1992). The Idaho native made it to the big screen when he played the alienated son of Jeff Bridges in "K-PAX" (2001), on to a wealthy partier in "Perfect Opposites" (2004) and the brother-in-law of Tom Cruise in "Mission: Impossible III" (2006). Paul was slated to play Pinkman for "Breaking Bad's" first season only, but his chemistry with Bryan Cranston earned him a permanent role on AMC's hit series.
