It's kind of like a turducken, but with cheese. Nine layers of ooey goodness: sharp cheddar, mozzarella and sliced tomato; provolone and pesto; Cotswold cheddar and fried egg; gorgonzola and grilled onions; brie and bacon, Monterey jack and beef; Velveeta and Tater Tots; and mac 'n' cheese. Don't forget to serve it alongside a simple bowl of tomato soup. Grilled cheese always tastes better with tomato soup.
