'Dead Chefs': Chef Micah Wexler, formerly of Mezze, is gearing up for his second round of dinners to be held at Umamicatessen's the Residency, starting Thursday. Border Grill goes Oaxacan: Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger's Border Grill in Santa Monica will be hosting its first mescal dinner, featuring Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal, next month.
