Amanda Bynes sported a new look when she went to court in Manhattan on Tuesday to answer charges related to her arrest in May for alleged marijuana possession (and allegedly throwing a bong out her apartment window.) Vogue Editor Anna Wintour -- an active fundraiser for President Obama's campaign -- urged a crowd in Little Rock, Ark., on Monday to support Hillary Clinton for president in 2016, if she runs. Wintour, Hillary Clinton and President Clinton were on hand at the William J. Clinton Presidential Center to fete designer Oscar de la Renta.
