Nurse-midwife Lillo Kuape rushes barely breathing newborn Mankuebe Nyoba to the intensive-care nursery at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Maseru, Lesotho. Equipment is desperately lacking at the hospital, where six babies simultaneously share oxygen from a single valve.
