Golf: Arnold Palmer vs. Jack Nicklaus

In 1962, Arnold Palmer, arguably golf's most popular figure at the time, headed into the final day of the U.S. Open with a 3-stroke lead and was headed toward his sixth major championship when Jack Nicklaus came back to tie him and then beat him in an 18-hole playoff, thus creating one of the biggest rivalries in the golfing world.
