David Wilcox, the owner of American Crushing & Recycling, leaves Connecticut Superior Court in Hartford with his wife Donna, left, and attorney Hope Seeley of Santos & Seeley and a bail bondsman. The Wilcox's were released on bail on charges of criminal attempt to commit insurance fraud, and criminal attempt to commit larceny in the first degree. A truck owned by his company was involved in a crash in Avon, on July 29, 2005 in which four people, including the truck driver, died.
