Spring Plunge And Cannonball Competition

Gina Lowther, a GI nurse at Hartford Hospital keeps her feet and toes warm with toed socks after jumping into the 35-degree water at Brownstone Park during the fourth annual Spring Plunge and Cannonball Competition. The fund-raiser for Connecticut Children's Medical Center raised about $5,000 through about 50 participants.
